MY MOST BEAUTIFUL CLIENTS, PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ EVERYTHING ON THIS PAGE BECAUSE ALL OF IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!

By booking any service, you are EXPRESSLY agreeing to these terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand them as they are non-negotiable AND WILL BE ENFORCED. I ALSO STRONGLY ENCOURAGE checkING out our FAQ page. PLEASE FEEL FREE to email US AT  INFO@INFALLIBLEBEAUTY.ORG prior to booking if you need any additional CONCERNS.

The integrity of InFallible Beauty and all that we are working diligently to build is extremely important to us. With that being said,  in light of our world's current circumstances, safety is the #1 priority for both us and our clients.

​

Each and every client will be required to complete to a COVID-19 Consent Form. We want to make sure that we are taking every necessary precaution in order to ensure that the health and safety of any staff and our most beautiful clients is considered. Touch-less temperatures will be taken upon arrival. ALL CLIENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK FOR THE FULL DURATION OF THEIR APPOINTMENT. Also, please only bring necessary items into the studio space (ie keys, phone, payment). All other belongings should be left in your vehicle. All necessary forms will be completed electronically to limit the amount conversation due to the pandemic.

If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or are ill in ANY capacity, please cancel your appointment immediately! If you arrive to your appointment and appear ill, your appointment will be canceled and you will be asked to leave. You will also be responsible for paying for the service.  Please contact me immediately and let me know. Also, any clients that have recently traveled are required to wait a period of 3 weeks before scheduling an appointment. If you book before this timeframe lapses, your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit.


In efforts to set aside time in between clients to properly sanitize and disinfect, we will only be accepting 2-3 clients per day. This will cause limited availability. As a result, we will no longer be able to accommodate appointment reschedules including time and/or date. This means that it is very important to book a time that works, in order to ensure that you don't forfeit your deposit.

All clients' deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will only be applied to the original service date/time. Should you miss your appointment or cancel your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. Booking a new appointment will require a new deposit. ​There are absolutely NO REFUNDS!

​

As previously states, schedule changes cannot be accommodated at this time. If the date/time you booked does not work, it is still very important to contact us to have your appointment canceled as any no-shows will be charged for service.  With limited spots, high demand and our current circumstances, it is very important for us to be considerate of each other's time. Appointment changes impact the brow technician, the customer AND the person has been waiting patiently for a spot, so please let's work together to make sure that everyone is happy!

No-Show Policy:

No shows are unacceptable as we work by appointment only. Therefore, a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service will apply should you miss your visit without proper notification.

 

Same Day Cancellations:

Same day cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. You are asked to wait in your vehicle until you receive communication to come inside. Again, please leave any unnecessary items in your vehicle. Appointments are scheduled in a way that no one is ever waiting but I do allow a 15-minute grace period. If you exceed your grace, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a same day cancellation. In order to re-book, you will have to pay another deposit for a new appointment.

Due to limited amount of working space and to our world's current state, additional parties are absolutely not allowed inside the studio for your scheduled appointment. If you bring someone with you, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged for service. 

 

Lastly, if you need any assistance, please email us directly at info@infalliblebeauty.org and we will be more than happy to assist you. Please do not send DMs social media platforms as this is not a reliable source for communication and is much harder to streamline. All emails will be answered in 24-48 hours.  

 

Now that you've read it all, take a deep breath! This process is meant to make life easier for everyone involved and to make sure that we're all as safe as humanly possible! Now let's focus of getting these brows slayed! We look forward to serving you all! 😘
